Cachaca Serra Morena is a liquor distilled from sugar cane in a personalized, hand crafted process, resulting in a beverage with a smooth flavor and unique aroma. Quality assurance starts with the very planting of the sugar cane, under the careful supervision of a qualified agronomist. The use of traditional copper stills guarantees the purity and alcohol grade of a top quality distilled liquor. Cachaca Serra Morena is stored and aged in oak and jequitiba barrels, in warehouses with humidity control. The product from a given vintage is subject to strict monitoring and is judiciously blended prior to bottling, to guarantee uniform quality.
